The Liminal Space: When Nothing Seems to Be Happening, But Everything Is Changing

The Liminal Space: When Nothing Seems to Be Happening, But Everything Is Changing

There’s a space between what was and what will be. A space where the old structure has begun to dissolve, but the new one hasn’t yet formed. And it’s not a comfortable place to be.

It can feel like floating. Like uncertainty. Like waiting for something to begin, while everything inside you already knows it’s underway. In that void, the mind will reach for something solid to hold. It tries to fill the silence with doubt. With questions. With pressure to prove that something is happening. “Should I be doing more?” “Am I just stalling?” “Maybe if I push harder, I can make this move faster.”

That pull toward doing is familiar. It’s the urge to interrupt the unfolding process because the mind wants to see evidence. It wants a strategy. A timeline. But what I’ve come to learn...over and over...is that this space isn’t stagnation. It’s gestation. It’s not a sign that nothing is happening. It’s the exact space where everything is being rearranged.

In 2014, I experienced a powerful energetic surge, nine days of expansion, insight, bliss, and clarity. I could see energy moving in and around everything. I felt wide open, deeply connected, fully activated. And then, just as quickly, it dropped. The energy was real. The experience was transformational. But I couldn’t hold it.

Looking back now, I understand why. I hadn’t built the foundation to sustain it. My nervous system wasn’t calibrated for the frequency I accessed. My belief system still carried distortions. The structure wasn’t there yet. That experience showed me what’s possible, but it also showed me what happens when energy arrives before the system is ready. You can access a glimpse of that timeline, but without integration, it doesn’t last.

That was a turning point. It taught me that transformation isn’t just about touching higher frequencies, it’s about becoming the kind of vessel that can hold them. That’s what changes everything. Not the peak moment, but what you build beneath it.

And now I feel the shift again. But this time, I’m not reaching for it. I’m not chasing the energy. I’m not trying to make something happen. This time, the structure is forming first.

This isn’t about waiting...it’s about trusting the deep, invisible work already underway. Because you can’t build a new world on top of the old one. The old foundation has to dissolve. The internal clearing, the releasing, the deconstructing of outdated patterns...that’s what creates space for the new. Even when it looks like nothing is happening, the shift is already in motion.

And I’m not just witnessing it, I’m part of the force that’s causing it. I’m already shaping what comes next, even when I can’t yet see it. Holding the frequency of what’s emerging is not passive work. It’s not a void. It’s creation. Every moment I choose alignment over urgency, clarity over reaction, truth over performance...I’m building something. I’m weaving the new structure through the resonance I carry.

The difference between waiting and creating is where you place your awareness. When I forget that I’m the one tuning the field, I fall into impatience. I think the shift is “out there,” something I have to chase or earn. But the truth is, it’s already here. It’s just not visible yet. And I know this pattern now. I’ve lived through it before. Every time I’ve found myself in this space, in this stillness before the leap, something big has followed.

So no, I’m not waiting. I’m not stalling. I’m not lost.

I’m listening.
I’m aligning.
I’m becoming.

And when it’s time to move, I’ll move.
But for now, I’m honoring the pause before the acceleration.
The deep inhale before the exhale.
The structure is forming first.

And this time, I’ll be ready to hold it.
