Remember to show gratitude

I was feeling bored and frustrated yesterday. It was just one of those days where nothing seems exciting and things seem to be going nowhere. You know those days? I decided I should play some music just for me...no thoughts about it...just play with sound. I decided I should pull out a guitar, I have about a dozen or so of them kicking around from my past life...they used to give them to me for free...I was very spoiled...and probably didn't show a lot of appreciation for that at the time. So I played guitar and sang a bit. After awhile I did turn the camera on for a few minutes to catch some, and that is what you see here. This is just raw improvised ramblings...almost falling apart at times...but it was fun to play. That is actually how I started down this sound healing path..I just started creating sounds for fun...finding new instruments and just letting go into the sounds..releasing and flowing...for hours on end. Sometimes I really miss playing with other people. Although it looks like there will be some of that coming up next year with RA. (https://loudwire.com/ra-reunite-original-lineup-first-album-7-years/) But it would be really cool to have a bunch of musicians to play in the style I'm enjoying most these days...vocalizing with singing bowls...I suppose that's something to think about another day. Anyways, this post is turning into a ramble...hopefully it's at least mildly coherent...ha! I hope you enjoy the improv. It definitely made my day better yesterday, I hope that it can make yours at least marginally better today. Remember to have gratitude. I'm grateful for you...thank you for taking the time to read my written rambles and listen to my sonic rambles. ❤️ Grateful. 🙏 (Note to self: Always remember to show gratitude....to do otherwise is a missed opportunity.)
