We Can’t Ascend in Fragments
There comes a time in the journey when we stop trying to fix ourselves and start remembering who we truly are. Not broken. Not lost. But whole—just scattered.
We’ve been fragmented by the experiences that taught us to hide. Pushed away by fear. Buried under layers of shame, survival, and conditioning. The pieces of us that we were told were too much. Or not enough. The fragments still holding grief, or rage, or longing. They haven’t gone anywhere. They’ve just been waiting for us to listen.
Something is shifting—not just in the world around us, but deep within. Something is being rewired. And this shift isn’t about becoming something new. It’s about becoming whole again. Letting every part of us come back into alignment. Letting what’s always been true find its place again.
And it’s important to note that this is not a one-time moment. It’s something we return to again and again. A deeper kind of remembering. The kind that calls back the parts of us we silenced, hid, or forgot how to hold. The parts we judged, or feared, or abandoned. This is the space where we are no longer spiritually bypassing. This is the needed transmutation. It’s the difference between rejecting the fragments of ourselves and gently welcoming them home into the heart where they can finally be alchemized by love.
For me, sound has always been the doorway. It activates and opens the portal. But it’s the heart that does the real work—creating a field where even the most exiled parts of us can be seen, held, and reintegrated. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about coherence. Truth. Showing up as you are.
This is the real work.
Allowing the fragments to return.
Allowing the heart do what the mind can’t.
Because we can’t ascend in fragments.
The path forward isn’t about grasping for light while exiling the rest—bypassing and abandoning parts of who we are. It’s about gathering all of it—light and shadow, wounds and wisdom, fear and love—and bringing it into alignment.
Ascension isn't an escape. It's integration. That’s the heart of it.
It’s the willingness to become whole enough to hold higher frequency, greater truth, more light. Wholeness is the doorway. Without it, we just keep repeating the same patterns in different forms—eternal recurrence.
This is what it really means to return to yourself...
...to stop dimming your light to try and match the world, and start creating a world that shines in the brilliance of your whole truth.
…to stop molding yourself to a fractured world, and start creating a world that reflects your wholeness.
...to stop waiting for the world to change, and start becoming the change it’s asking for.
You’re not here to be perfect.
You’re here to be whole. Aligned. Rooted in your own truth.
To be in a coherent state of resonance.
To truly remember who you are.
You are already whole.
Now is the time to live like you know it.
