Whether you are a practitioner looking to recharge your batteries or you are new to sound journey, meditation and breath work, join us on an ancient island for the gentle guidance of Brenda, Ben and Todd as they lead you through a weekend of contemplation, meditation and relaxation.

Friday ~~ Arrive at the parking area for a short boat ride out to Big Island. Settle into your space. We will meet in an opening circle, set our intentions for the weekend, and enjoy singing bowl / sound meditation led by Ben Carroll. We will have a meal and fire ceremony that evening as well.

Saturday ~ Wake up with gentle morning yoga led by Jeannine Burgess, and a delicious breakfast. We will then be guided in BreathWork with Brenda Colfer. There will be time for exploring the island and surrounding water. After lunch Todd Glacy will lead a Gong Meditation workshop. Enjoy some free time to swing in a hammock, or from the rope into the lake. We will gather for supper, and celebrate the evening around a bonfire. Ben, Brenda and Todd will bring their music and creativity to the circle. Feel free to bring your drums and rattles!

Sunday ~ Join a morning meditation walk, breakfast, and closing circle. We will plan to leave the island around noon.

PRICING: $395 includes:
Boat ride from secure parking area to 1 Big Sustainable Island
Meals from Friday supper until Sunday breakfast
Tenting on the island
Participation in all activities
Free time to explore the island and the surrounding water
Use of canoes and kayaks
